Technobureaucratic or professionals' capitalism are adequate names to identify today's capitalism. It is a mixed social formation, where two relations of production - capital and organization - are present, the first corresponding to capitalism, the second, to statism. Statism was the distortion of socialism in Soviet Union. It proved to be as efficient promoting industrialization, but failed when the economic system turned more complex and required more individual creativity.
